Description
Today’s workplace comprises four distinct generations; each with its own shared history, common biases and core beliefs. Learning what makes each generation tick, and taking the time to consider your communication approach, will support more effective working relationships. This workshop will educate and stimulate discussion using the generational differences to advance working relationships.
Learning Outcomes: In this workshop, you will, appraise the characteristics, attitudes, values, and work styles of each generation; and learn to communicate more effectively and appreciate the people you work with to create and sustain a productive workforce.
