Description
As a supervisor, your role is to create an environment where your team knows what to do, why it’s important, and how the work is done. This course will help you to: set clear goals and expectations, motivate, train, and coach employees, delegate, provide feedback, assess results, and manage conflict. Class participation is required, please be prepared to reflect on, discuss, and practice supervisory skills.
